Businesses must reconceive operations to accommodate changes in how customers, employees, and suppliers communicate and behave. Society must change as well—a planet with billions of uneducated, malnourished, unhealthy, disenfranchised people cannot be sustained. A central focus of tech-driven innovation will be to address those inequities.
