Effective as of January 1, 2012
SponsorHub operates an electronic platform/system that: (a) allows producers and organizers of events ("Event Producers") to offer third parties the opportunity to sponsor events (each, an "Event"); (b) allows advertisers, brands, and their agencies (each, an "Event Sponsor") to purchase the right to sponsor such Events (each, a "Sponsorship Opportunity"); and (iii) provides access to information about past and future Events and the success of certain Sponsorship Opportunities (collectively, the "SponsorHub Services").
Our Site is a business to business web site, and registration to create an account is required to access and use the SponsorHub Services. If you are invited to register to create an account, we ask you to provide a minimal amount of information that we need to enable you to access and use SponsorHub Services. We do not collect personally identifying information from you unless you voluntarily provide it, and we will only use such information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.
If you register to use the SponsorHub Services, we will ask you to agree to additional terms and conditions in connection with the registration process. In order to purchase or sell Sponsorship Opportunities through our online ordering systems, you may need to provide billing and payment information (such as credit card information). We may use other companies to provide information technology support, customer service, and order and payment processing. These other companies will have access to the personally identifying information you provide, but only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law.
