We have created this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") because we know that you care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection and use practices of SponsorHub when you use the SponsorHub Services. "SponsorHub," "we," "us," or "our" mean SponsorHub, Inc., the company that owns and operates the website located at www.sponsorhub.com (the "Site"), and offers the SponsorHub Services.

By visiting our Site and/or using our SponsorHub Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use.

SponsorHub operates an electronic platform/system that: (a) allows producers and organizers of events ("Event Producers") to offer third parties the opportunity to sponsor events (each, an "Event"); (b) allows advertisers, brands, and their agencies (each, an "Event Sponsor") to purchase the right to sponsor such Events (each, a "Sponsorship Opportunity"); and (iii) provides access to information about past and future Events and the success of certain Sponsorship Opportunities (collectively, the "SponsorHub Services").

Our Site is a business to business web site, and registration to create an account is required to access and use the SponsorHub Services. If you are invited to register to create an account, we ask you to provide a minimal amount of information that we need to enable you to access and use SponsorHub Services. We do not collect personally identifying information from you unless you voluntarily provide it, and we will only use such information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

If you register to use the SponsorHub Services, we will ask you to agree to additional terms and conditions in connection with the registration process. In order to purchase or sell Sponsorship Opportunities through our online ordering systems, you may need to provide billing and payment information (such as credit card information). We may use other companies to provide information technology support, customer service, and order and payment processing. These other companies will have access to the personally identifying information you provide, but only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law.

Other Information We Collect

Like most major web sites, we use automatic data collection technology when you visit our Site to record information that identifies your computer (like its IP address) and tracks your use of our Site. We may use "cookies" and "clear GIFS" (also known as "pixel tags" or "web beacons") to collect this information. We also may disclose user information when we have reason to believe that someone is or may be causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other users of this Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

Communication Preferences

You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of any SponsorHub marketing email. Registered Users cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to their account, such as emails about the status of your registration or your use of the Site. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases.

How We Protect Your Information

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information and the Other Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The Site and the SponsorHub Services are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who have an established business relationship with SponsorHub may choose to opt out of our sharing your Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 through the Service. If you are under 13, please do not give us any Personal Information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide Personal Information through the Service without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

SponsorHub has no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of the third party websites that you may access using the SponsorHub Services or the websites of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors, or other websites to which we provide links. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those third-party websites. This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post any changes on the Site as soon as they go into effect.
