SponsorHub Listing Guidelines

SponsorHub is a platform for discovering, buying and selling sponsorship opportunities. We've established these basic guidelines to help you get the best visibility from sponsors and improve the experience for everyone. Thank you in advance for helping us to maintain them.

  1. Think quality first. Sponsors can sniff out a subpar opportunity instantly. Therefore, only list sponsorships that will provide exceptional benefits in exchange for access to a targeted audience. To demonstrate value, you should be able to clearly articulate your unique value proposition and how you'll deliver a positive ROI.
  2. Allow enough lead time. Finding the right partner for your program takes time. SponsorHub does not accept listings that are less than three months from the event date. Plus, it's in your best interest to allow as much lead-time as possible to find the right match while providing your sponsors with enough time to put together a great presence.
  3. Honesty is the best policy. Each listing is vetted for accuracy and claims around attendee quality, sponsor benefit and other criteria. Focus on the true value that your sponsorship provides. Any listing that includes false information will be rejected or removed from the marketplace.
  4. Less is not more. Listing completeness is critical to finding the right partner. Include any and all information that will help sponsors make an informed decision about your opportunity. Photos, videos, venue, speaker/talent, and full pricing and package information is key. Only complete listings will be posted in the marketplace.
  5. Don't dump your inventory. SponsorHub is a great marketplace for selling your sponsorships quickly, but it is not a repository for last minute, remnant opportunities. If you have a last minute opportunity that you would like us to evaluate, contact us first.
  6. Avoid the backdoor. SponsorHub provides unprecedented transparency in the industry and a unique opportunity to connect with partners you may never have met. Our role is to facilitate the negotiation and transaction process, please don't cut us out.
  7. No personal stuff. SponsorHub is for companies, agencies and organizations (for profit or non-profit) that have legitimate events that provides clear benefits for both attendees and the sponsor. Therefore we don't accept listings for things like birthday parties, weddings, bar mitzvahs, and the like.
